MISSION
VISION
To design strategic campaigns catered for minority and underserved communities by using arts and culture as an engine of communication for efficient and enlightening impacts for both, our clients, and their target audience.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
CENSUS DATA
Our extensive research and systematic use of census data emphasizes the reliability and therefore credibility of our work.
RESEARCH ON CONSUMER BEHAVIOR
We know the people, we understand the culture, and we speak the language. Over 20 years of experience working with the Haitian market has constructed a strong sense of understanding of our target client’s needs and wants. Additionally, we are regularly monitoring the market to remain up to date on consumer behavior in order to provide more efficient services
By recognizing cultural and ethnic differences of our target market, we are able to successfully create campaigns to advertise and emphasize minority or under/misrepresented groups and individuals. Additionally, we use these cultural differences to appeal to our audiences' personal interests and easily communicate and persuade them.
STRATEGIC COMMUNITY
We connect with leaders from partner organizations to promote engagement, benefitting both sides and strengthening community relationships. By building new partner relationships and strengthening long-standing ones, broaden the assets and strengthen the growth and stability of our clients. These strategic partnerships allow us to reach out to different parts of the community and extend our network. We are able to listen to people’s needs and communicate our message to them, enabling us to function as a link to the community’s overall ground needs.

By developing a continuous and long term relationship with media personalities, we have earned their trust. They welcome our content and message, and relate them to their audience to stimulate engagement. This constructive and proactive partnership adds credibility to our campaign, bringing us closer to the target audience and strengthening bonds among all parties (the client, Thelar Management Group, the media, and members of the community) with common interests.
